We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic litigation lawyer to join our highly-regarded Dispute Resolution team. You should have 3-5 years’ private practice or in-house experience of IP and/or commercial litigation preferably (but not necessarily) within the media and entertainment sector. There are also opportunities to be involved in publication matters (defamation and privacy), rights clearance, and regulatory compliance and enforcement (including Ofcom Code, data protection, and marketing and advertising).
You will be expected to be capable of running your own cases under supervision and thrive on being an important part of a dynamic and varied dispute resolution practice.
