Can I pay by invoice?

Yes, you can either pay by credit/debit card or select payment by invoice – this can all be done through the website so there’s no need to contact us first. The step-by-step process is set out here.

We're a Corporate Member of BSN, do we get a discount?

Yes! We offer our Corporate Members entitlements and discounts on Jobs Board orders. From November 2021, your entitlement and discount will be set out to you. Please contact us at if you require this information.

Do you have sales?

What type of roles can I advertise here?

You may advertise all legal roles of any seniority and specialism with us including junior roles (e.g. Legal Secretaries, Legal Assistants and Paralegals), undergraduate and graduate schemes (e.g. Vacation Schemes and Training Contracts) and qualified roles (e.g. NQs, Junior Lawyers, Mid-Senior Level Lawyers), etc. You may also advertise non-legal roles for which legal experience is required (e.g. Educational roles). If in doubt, just ask!

Are the roles promoted by e-mail and social media?

Yes! We promote all roles by e-mail and social media to our membership of circa. 5,000. Individual posts are sent out initially when the role first goes live, and then combined social media post and e-mails are sent out every Thursday. You role(s) will be included until the advert expiration date.

I need to share additional details with you in relation to my order, how do I do this?

If you have already placed an order and are waiting for us to get in touch, or if you plan to place an order and need to share additional details with us for example, in relation to a purchase order number or a delayed posting date, please get in touch via If you have placed an order, please quote the order number in the e-mail. If you plan to place an order, please include the employer name and job title in the e-mail.

I'm placing an order on behalf of a client, how do I do this?
You can follow the step-by-step instructions as normal. When creating an account, please use the client’s company name under ‘Display Name’ and the client’s company details under ‘Company Profile’ so that the role will show as the client’s role. The billing details you enter will be in relation to who is making the payment to BSN.
My job package says 60 days but I have only utilised 30, can I extend my job if needed?

Yes! If you need to extend your job to utilise more of the job package allowance, you can do this in your ‘Dashboard’ > ‘Job packages’. If you action this, please send an e-mail to so we can extend the e-mail and social media promotions accordingly.
