We are a Multi-Academy Trust based in Oxford and we are seeking two new trustees to shape the strategy and direction of the River Learning Trust. We are particularly interested in talking to people with expertise in legal matters or Alternative Provision. Our 28 schools serve diverse communities across Oxfordshire and Swindon, and we are keen to see that diversity represented on our trust board.
Trustees are responsible for the strategic oversight and direction of the trust and all its schools and entities. They set vision and policies, ensure the quality of education and manage the trust’s finances and property. This is a volunteer role and a fantastic opportunity to use your expertise to make a difference to the lives of our pupils, students and staff and the communities our schools serve.
