At Facebook, we are actively seeking highly motivated and experienced team players to join our expanding Data Protection team.
We are looking to recruit lawyers to join either the Compliance or Product pillar of the team; both offering opportunities to take some of today’s toughest and most important legal challenges in this cutting edge area of the law. Successful candidates will join a growing legal team and work on novel issues in a vibrant, fast paced environment.
Counsels joining the Product pillar will provide strategic and tactical legal counselling to a variety of teams including product, operations, and business in order to identify and mitigate legal risk in all phases of product development.
In the Compliance pillar, Counsels will provide legal advice to stakeholders across commercial, employment, security, sales and other business teams in order to identify and mitigate legal risk, and to develop governance frameworks across the business.
The ideal candidates will have experience advising on GDPR and privacy regulatory compliance in respect of cutting-edge products. They will demonstrate good judgment, a strong work ethic, and have a keen interest in learning about new technologies. These roles will be based in Dublin, Ireland with relocation assistance available.
