Your role with the Environment Agency

The roles provide the ideal opportunity if you want to make a difference in your legal work and you care about the environment. The Environment Agency currently have 2 roles available – one based in Birmingham and one in either Birmingham or Peterborough.

The Enforcement and Prosecution team undertake advice and conduct enforcement, prosecution cases, and relevant alternative disposals such as civil sanctions and formal cautions. They also provide training to staff on disclosure requirements and the use of various statutory and enforcement powers.
