The team
The team are known for their work in the Real Estate sector, specifically working on commercial and residential real estate disputes/property litigation, with a particular focus on commercial and residential landlord and tenant litigation and acts for investors, developers, retailers and corporate occupiers managing their national property portfolios.
The role
Irwin Mitchell are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Associate to join their growing national team of 3 Partners and 18 Fee earners. You will be based in the London office but will have the chance to work closely with partners and be involved in high value and complex cases; working on your own case load with support where required from Partners but also working as part of a team for larger projects. Given the nature of the role, you will be highly organised and be able to work pragmatically. You must be technically excellent with relevant market experience and will be required to support the Partners with the continued development and growth of this successful team.
You’ll work to participate in relevant practice development initiatives, seek to get involved with business development opportunities and keep up to date with changes in relevant law and practice. Business development and commitment to it is a key part of the role and to drive best practice further, you will be an exceptional team player with the ability to work collaboratively to deliver the best outcomes for Irwin Mitchell’s clients and to develop other team members.
