Our Real Estate InvestmentsTeam in London is seeking a talented Lawyer with 5+ years PQE to join our market-leading practice. This is an exciting opportunity for corporate transactional lawyers with M&A and Joint Venture experience who are ready to focus on the real estate sector and advance their career.
What You’ll Do:
• Advise on corporate M&A transactions within the real estate sector.
• Structure, establish, operate, restructure, and exit joint ventures and other real estate investment vehicles.
• Work closely with clients including private equity real estate managers, institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, REITs, and developers/operators.
• Support complex transactions, coordinating with colleagues across different disciplines.
• Handle complex management mandates in the real estate sector.
• Contribute to client pitches and business development initiatives.
• Participate in ongoing training and career development to enhance your skills and expertise.
Who We’re Looking For:
• Qualified Lawyers with 5+ years PQE in corporate transactional law.
• Experience in M&A and joint ventures, ideally within real estate.
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and client relationship skills.
• Self-motivated, approachable, and a collaborative team player.
• Committed to delivering practical, high-quality legal advice with attention to detail.
