We are seeking an Associate with 3–6 years’ post-qualification experience who is eager to develop their career, engage in high-calibre transactional work, and help shape our team’s future.
What You’ll Do
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents across M&A, Private Equity, and Equity Capital Markets.
• Manage and co-ordinate transactions from instruction to closing, including multi-jurisdictional deals.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships and provide post-closing legal support.
• Support business development by participating in client targeting teams and growth initiatives.
• Provide supervision and training to junior team members, including trainees and paralegals.
• Lead key workstreams on mandates and actively contribute to the expansion of our corporate business.
• Deliver tailored, commercial advice with a solutions-focused approach.
