Restructuring Associate 1PQE+
As an Associate within our growing Restructuring team, you will enjoy a fantastic depth of work supporting the partners in connection with both financial restructuring and mixed contentious and non-contentious insolvency mandates.
What You’ll Do
• Working on finance transactions in a distressed and new money context
• Working on transactional insolvency mandates, including advising in connection with CVA’s, pre-packs and issues arising in connection with trading administrations.
• Advising the major clearing banks and alternative lenders in connection with distressed work-outs
Who We’re Looking For:
• Based in our London office, you are a UK-qualified solicitor with 1-4 years PQE and a strong legal background focussed on restructuring and insolvency law.
• With excellent people skills, you are a high-quality communicator and team player, with a flair for developing relationships.
