As Legal’s internal consulting arm, Special Projects and Operations is looking for innovative, hands-on candidates who think strategically and build positive relationships to successfully deliver business outcomes.

Role

This is an excellent opportunity to support Accenture Legal design and deliver on high priority initiatives for Legal executives. If you are committed roll up your sleeves and get things done, this role is right for you!

Expectations

> Project and or Program Management skills to lead and deliver projects at the intersection of law, people and technology.

> Undefined Problem Statement Definition skills to identify strategic / operational issues and performance gaps and develop high performance solutions that advance the legal function.

> Problem Solving skills that bring structure, rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis to deliver actionable recommendations, insights, and results.

> Technology Conversant to be comfortable with data driven analysis and applicable technologies Senior Stakeholder Management skills to structure and communicate findings and / or solutions that are understood and actionable.

Key Relationships:

Collaborate across Legal Operations on multi-disciplinary teams. Engage other Corporate Functions: Legal Marketing & Communications (M&C); Legal HR; Legal Finance on an need basis in fulfilment of initiative requirements. Brief / justify initiatives to Legal Operations Executive Leadership Team (LOELT) members.

Experience:

> Minimum of four years relevant consulting or strategy operational project-based roles with MCK strategy, Big 4 or larger consultancy.

> Track record of prioritising, planning, executing and monitoring activities, risk and deliverables.

> Soft skills useful to facilitate business transformations with experience of working across multiple geographies, cultures and time zones.
