Permanent, employed roles (part time or full time opportunities):-


  • Programme and Student Lead SQE
  • Programme and Student Lead GDL and MA Law
  • Tutors and Senior Tutors

For the Programme Lead roles, we are looking for individuals with management experience to use their skills to manage all aspects of the delivery of the student experience and the enhancement of student performance on specific ULaw Online programmes. You will be able to work with the management team to ensure continuous improvement in student achievement, retention, performance and progression.


We are looking for individuals who are passionate about education, who believe that the student experience should be second to none and are excited about using technology to do that. You do not need teaching experience – we will provide all the training you need – but you must be invested in delivering the highest standard of legal education, using existing and emerging technology.


You will be a qualified lawyer with proven successful practice and management experience, supported by a desire to help our students achieve that same career. We are looking for people who will tutor but, in addition, are interested in programme development.


For the Tutor and Senior Tutor roles, we are looking for individuals who are passionate about education, who believe that the student experience should be second to none and are excited about using technology to do that. ULaw Online campus staff will be home-based, but required to attend any of our campuses for meetings and training as required.

  • Salary:-
    • Programme and Student Lead – starting from £55,000
    • Tutor – £36,000- £41,000 depending upon skills, experience and PQE
    • Senior Tutor – starting from £44,750 (subject to Fellowship of the HEA and depending on previous legal teaching experience)
