Due to the continued growth and success of ULaw’s Manchester Campus we have a new opportunity for a Head of Tutors to join us in leading the management and development of a talented and committed Academic team.


With the support of two dedicated Academic team managers and working closely with the wider Campus and ULaw management teams, you will lead on translating Campus business objectives, programmes demands and student feedback into practical and achievable Academic team strategy within defined budgets. You will secure high quality teaching and outstanding student experience through effective use of staff resource and development of Academic staff and co-ordinate effective and balanced work plans for the Academic team.


We therefore would be keen to hear from you if you have significant people management and development experience, in particular through periods of business innovation and change and experience of complex work planning in an educational environment.


The successful candidate will also be asked to carry out duties as specified in the job description and person specification to support Campus and wider ULaw operations.
