Access Charity – Legal Caseworker

Access Social Care is a new charity (registered as Access Your Right to Care) set up to support the rights of individuals and families who are not getting the social care provision they have a right to. We are looking for a Legal Caseworker to join our team, advising and supporting individuals and families with community care and mental capacity disputes. If you are an experienced Caseworker, Lawyer or Paralegal and want to make a real difference to those we support, this is a really exciting time to join our committed and passionate team. You will have access to quality training and supervision and the chance to work alongside some of the leading solicitors and barristers in the field.
