The ideal candidate will likely be 4-7 PQE with previousexperience in an insolvency focused role.
We offer an opportunity to gain hands-on,client-facing experience as part of a small team, working on a broad range of bothcontentious and non-contentious corporate and personal insolvency matters.
The bulk of our work is for insolvencypractitioners and the role provides a fantastic opportunity to develop skillsand build relationships within the industry. Alongside work for insolvencypractitioners, we act for company directors, charity trustees, creditors andfinancially distressed individuals to provide robust and effective legaladvice. We also work with various teams across the firm to assist clientsfacing insolvency issues.
The role would suit an energetic lawyer with goodattention to detail and a record of providing proactive, commercially astuteadvice.
At 4-7 PQE you should demonstrate an ability topro-actively manage files, supervise the work of junior team members and growyour practice with an insolvency specialism.
Connections and experience within the insolvencyindustry would be beneficial but this role would also provide a platform fromwhich to make and develop those connections.
The team is based in the firm’s Putney office butthe candidate will likely spend time, with the team, in both Putney and BedfordRow. The firm is also committed to flexible working arrangements.
