We are seeking NQ-4 year PQE associates to join the London Finance team and practice English law. Our team in London has never been busier. To meet our client’s needs and an increased volume of work, we are growing the team and are now hiring talented and ambitious associates.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Associates will be expected to advise private equity sponsors, private credit funds, corporates, investment banks and asset managers with respect to a broad variety of financing transactions. While the team’s primary focus is on leveraged finance in the context of LBOs, dividend recapitalisations and refinancings – associates will also have the opportunity to advise on real estate finance, fund finance, distressed lending, margin lending, liquidity financings and restructuring opportunities with a healthy balance of lender and borrower side work across both the mid and large cap space. Associates will have direct client contact and the opportunity to work both within teams and manage various parts of transactions independently.
