The HR manager will lead the Big Life HR team. providing support to more than 500 staff and managers working across a range of children and family, skills end employment, and health and wellbeing services.  A dynamic and values driven leader, you will ensure The Big Life group lives up to its mission and is somewhere people love to work.  You will continually improve the experience of our staff by delivering strategies on wellbeing, diversity and development.  A strong HR project manager, with experience of working in a busy HR environment you will balance working operationally and strategically to deliver results, engage, inspire and influence people.  Solution-orientated with a ‘can do’ approach, you will review and continually improve our approach to people, using the group’s HR data and external best practice, to ensure we remain a Best Companies employer.
